Deleting Your Account
How to close your LawChain account.
Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent. You must resolve all active cases and pending payments before deleting.
Requirements
- •No active cases with pending milestones
- •No funds in escrow
- •No open disputes
- •All payouts processed (for lawyers)
How to Delete

Resolve All Cases
Complete or close all active cases

Contact Support
Email [email protected] requesting account deletion

Verification
We'll verify your identity and confirm eligibility

Account Deleted
Your account and data will be permanently deleted
What Gets Deleted
- • Your profile and personal information
- • Message history
- • Case documents you uploaded
- • Reviews you left (anonymized)
Note: Some data may be retained for legal/compliance purposes.
