Is there a fee to join?
No! Joining LawChain is completely free. We only charge a 1% fee when clients release milestone payments to you.
How long does verification take?
Verification typically takes 1-2 business days. We verify your California State Bar credentials and review your profile information.
When do I get paid?
When a client approves your submitted work, payment is released from escrow. You'll receive funds in your bank account within 2-3 business days via Stripe.
What if a client doesn't pay?
This can't happen! Clients must fund milestones before you begin work. The money is secured in escrow, so payment is guaranteed once you complete the work and the client approves.
