Control what emails and alerts you receive.
Types of Notifications
Email Notifications
- • Case updates and status changes
- • New messages from other party
- • Milestone submissions and approvals
- • Payment confirmations
Dashboard Alerts
- • Unread message count
- • Pending actions required
- • Case activity indicators
Managing Preferences
- 1. Go to Dashboard → Settings
- 2. Find the Notifications section
- 3. Toggle individual notification types on/off
- 4. Save your preferences
Important Notifications
Some notifications cannot be disabled, such as security alerts and payment-related updates.
