Filing a Dispute
If something goes wrong with your case, learn how to file a dispute and get fair resolution.
Try to Resolve First
Before filing a dispute, try communicating with your lawyer to resolve the issue directly. Many problems can be solved through discussion.
When to File a Dispute

How to File a Dispute

Go to Resolution Center
Dashboard → Resolution Center → File Dispute

Select the Milestone
Choose which milestone you're disputing

Describe the Issue
Explain clearly what went wrong and what you expected

Upload Evidence
Attach relevant documents, screenshots, or messages

Submit Dispute
Your lawyer will be notified and funds are frozen in escrow

Evidence Review

Resolution (3-5 business days)
