Reviews help build trust in the LawChain community and help lawyers build their reputation.
When Can You Leave a Review?
You can leave a review after a milestone has been completed and payment released. You'll receive a prompt to review:
- After approving and releasing a milestone payment
- When a case is marked as complete
How to Leave a Review

Go to Your Completed Case
Dashboard → My Cases → Select the case

Click "Leave Review"
Or respond to the review prompt after releasing payment

Rate 1-5 Stars
Click the stars to set your rating

Write Feedback (Optional)
Add details about your experience
- 5
Submit
Your review will appear on the lawyer's profile
Tips for Helpful Reviews
- Be specific about what the lawyer did well or could improve
- Mention communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Comment on whether work was delivered on time
- Note if the outcome met your expectations
- Keep it factual and professional
