Understanding when and how to file a dispute on LawChain.
Try Communication First
Before filing a dispute, always try to resolve issues directly with the other party. Many problems can be solved through clear communication.
What is a Dispute?
A dispute is a formal request for LawChain to intervene when you and the other party cannot resolve an issue. When you file a dispute:
- • Funds are frozen in escrow
- • Both parties can submit evidence
- • Our team reviews and makes a fair decision
- • Escrow funds are distributed based on the outcome
