You submit the dispute with your description and initial evidence. Funds are frozen.
Day 0

Other Party Responds
The other party is notified and has 48-72 hours to respond with their perspective.
Days 1-3

Evidence Submission
Both parties can submit additional evidence and documentation.
Days 1-5

Review Period
Our team reviews all evidence, communications, and the original agreement.
Days 3-5

Resolution
We make a decision and distribute escrow funds accordingly.
